Thank you for shopping with Haus of Amil. Each order is prepared with care and intention. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your order has been placed and payment has been successfully received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment and does not include the time your package spends in transit.

For made-to-order, custom, limited-release, or handcrafted pieces, additional processing time may be required. Any extended processing timeframe will be noted on the applicable product page whenever possible.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.

From time to time, Haus of Amil may offer free or promotional shipping. Any applicable shipping promotion and its requirements will be communicated at the time of the offer.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping method and carrier selected for your order.

Delivery dates and transit times provided at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, high shipping volumes, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at hausofamil@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed or shipped.

Haus of Amil is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order shipped again.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

Haus of Amil is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check the surrounding delivery area, household members, neighbors, or your local carrier before contacting us.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at hausofamil@gmail.com with your order number and we will assist you with the available next steps.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact hausofamil@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If international shipping is available for your destination, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays. Haus of Amil does not control customs processing times or charges imposed by government authorities.
